摘　　要：机床夹具在机械加工中居于很重要的地位,不但能发挥机床的基本性能,还能扩大机床的使用工艺性能,保证加工精度,提高加工效率。通过对液性塑料夹具优点、液性塑料配方、压注过程以及液性塑料夹具设计注意事项等方面的论述和研究,展示了液性塑料夹具在加工薄壁、高精度零件方面的优势,减轻了劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率。Machining fixture can not only give play to the basic performance of the machine,but also expand the machine process performance,ensure accuracy and improve processing efficiency.The paper introduces plastic liquid formula and the liquid plastic fixture design considerations.The superiority of plastic fixture in the processing of thin-walled and high precision parts is demonstrated,the labor intensity is reduced and the labor productivity is improved.
