摘  要:随着济钢一炼钢厂产品结构不断调整,高强结构钢板已成批量生产且级别不断提高,但是高强结构钢板表面网状裂纹逐步成为影响钢板成才率的关键性因素,为了搞清楚钢板表面裂纹的产生阶段和产生原因,济钢一炼钢厂委托技术中心对裂纹钢板进行电镜扫描和能谱分析,得出裂纹是在连铸过程产生的结论。济钢一炼钢厂结合设备现状及工艺情况,对裂纹成因进行分析,并采取一系列措施,使钢板裂纹率得到有效控制。With is continuously adjustment of product structure in Jigang No.1 steelmaking,High strength structural steel plate has been batch produced and the grade is continually improved,but the surface netty cracking of high strength structural steel plant becomes a critical factor influencing the steel plant rolling yield.In order to beat out the netty cracking forming stage and reason,with the aid of technical center's electron microscope scanning and energy spectroscopy,it's known that the cracking forms in the course of continuous casting.According to equipment and existing process circumstance of Jigang No.1 steelmaking,the cause of forming cracking is analyzed,and a series of measure is adopted,the steel plate rolling yield is effectually controlled.
