摘　　要：文章以桂林供电局城域光传输网和平站优化改造工程中出现的故障及解决方案为例,结合SDH传输系统故障定位及排除的常用方法,重点阐释了SDH光传输网新建网元过程中应注意的几个重要问题。In this paper, the malfunctions and the corresponding solutions are introduced which encountered in the Heping station optimization and renovation project （optical and circuit path switching） of Guilin Power Supply Company Metro optical transport network. With the common methods that using in the malfunctions locating and elimination of SDH transmission system, several important issues needed attention based on adding new network elements in SDH optical transmission network are explained.
