军机备件消耗影响因子的灰色关联分析

摘　　要：基于某航空兵团2001～2005年军机备件消耗相关指标的统计数据,利用灰色关联分析法对影响备件消耗的诸多影响因子进行关联分析,量化了备件消耗与各因子的关联程度。结果表明,飞行起落数和飞行时间是影响备件消耗的主要因子,符合航空兵部队的客观实际。研究结果可为备件保障部门的日常管理提供一定的指导依据。Based on the statistic dada of spare parts＇ consumption in some aviation unit during 2001 to 2005,the grey relational analysis was applied to make a relational analysis about these influencing factors for the consumption of spare parts,which gave a quantitative relational degree between them.The results show that the flight take-off number and the flight time are the main influencing factors,which accord with the fact of aviation units.The research can provide some guidance reference for the support section of spare parts.
