集体林权改革后农户林地转出意愿影响因素分析——基于江西省14个县市670个农户的调查

摘　　要：应用SPSS软件和二元Logit模型来揭示集体林权改革后农户林地转出意愿的影响因素。研究结果表明:集体林权改革后农户林地转出意愿受多种因素影响,其中农户经营目标和生活方式的选择影响最大,同时,受户主的主要职业、家庭的收入来源与人均山地面积、农户的人际关系和所处地理环境、对政府政策的认知以及对经营风险的判断等的显著影响。The paper attempts to reveal the factors influencing peasant households＇willingness to lease woodland after collective forest tenure reform by employing such methods as SPSS software and Logistic model to analyze in econometrics.The results indicate that peasant households＇willingness to lease woodland might be affected by multiple factors,of which the biggest one is their choice of operational objectives and lifestyles.Meanwhile,their will can also be influenced obviously by the main career of the head of a household,family income sources and per capita mountain area,interpersonal relationship and geographical environment,understanding degree of the government policies and their judgment of the operational risks.
