摘  要:根据客运专线运输的特点,建立客运专线列车运行图评价指标体系。在专家采用运行图评价指标对运行图进行定性评价后,应用Vague集理论,将专家基于描述语言的定性评价结果以及专家的重要性(权重)量化,进而构造出基于Vague值的客运专线列车运行图方案优选决策矩阵。根据决策矩阵计算各专家决策意见的相似度及一致性,利用汇总系数计算得到整体决策矩阵,以此建立可能度矩阵,并计算各运行图方案的排序向量,从而可以得到运行图方案的优劣排序。通过算例验证了方法的可行性。A novel evaluation index system of train diagram was established according to the transportation features of passenger dedicated line.After the train diagram was qualitatively evaluated by experts using the evaluation index system of train diagram,Vague set theory was adopted to quantify the qualitative assessment results based on description language given by experts,as well as their importance(weight).In addition,a decision matrix for optimally selecting the train diagram of passenger dedicated line formed by Vague value was achieved to calculate the similarity degree and accordance degree of the assessments obtained from experts.The aggregation coefficient was used to calculate the whole decision matrix so as to construct probability degree matrix.The priority vectors of all train diagram schemes were calculated to determine their ranking order and identify the best train diagram.The feasibility of the method has been verified by an example of selecting train diagram.
