摘　　要：在贫困生资助工作逐步常态化的今天,资助体系中的大部分资助方式是以无偿资助为主,这无形中带来了一些弊端,造成了资源的浪费。变无偿资助为有偿资助,不仅可以消除学生不劳而获的观念,实现真正的公平、权利和义务的对等,还可以实现资源效能最大化。广东农工商职业技术学院的全员义务劳动制度是有偿资助途径的有效尝试,在合理使用现有贫困生资助资源的基础上,真正做到了资助与育人相结合,对学生、学校和国家都有积极意义。As the support work for poor students became regular, the most ways of support have been free in support system, which caused some disadvantages, and made the waste of resources. Changing free financial support way to the reimbursable, can not only eliminate students＇ concept of reaping without sowing, achieve real fair, rights and obligations on an equal footing, but also can achieve resource efficiency of maximization. The voluntary labor insti- tution of H-College is a try way of reimbursable support, It makes the combination of supporting and cultivating students indeed on the basis of using financial resources rationally, which is positive and important for students, colleges and nation.
