8-氨基喹啉5-位偶氮衍生物的合成及其与钴的显色反应研究

摘　　要：以8-氨基喹啉为母体合成了18 个5-位偶氮衍生物,其中11 个是新化合物。系统的研究了它们与钴离子的显色反应,对试剂的结构与光度性能的关系作了探讨,为寻求性能优良的测钴显色剂提供了依据。Eighteen 8 aminoquinoline 5 azo derivatives were synthesized,eleven of them are new compounds.Their colour reaction with cobalt was studied.Based on the results obtained,some regularities between the molecular structure of the reagents and the photometric characteristics of their cobalt chelates were found out and two of these reagents showed excellent properties which may lead to wide applications in photometric determination of cobalt.
