摘　　要：目的探讨肾脏髓外造血组织瘤样增生的临床、病理及影像学特点,提高诊治水平。方法回顾性分析1例肾脏髓外造血组织瘤样增生患者的临床资料,并结合相关文献进行复习。结果患者诊断正确,行手术治疗,恢复良好。结论肾脏髓外造血组织瘤样增生是罕见的特殊良性病变,综合分析其临床、实验室及影像学资料,可以正确诊断,预后良好。Aim To investigate the clinical,pathological feature and imaging findings of extramedullary hematopoiesis（EMH）in the kidney,and to improve the level of its diagnosis and treatment.Method The clinical data of a case with renal EMH and some related literature were reviewed.Results The case was correctly diagnosed and underwent operation,and resumed smoothly after operation.Conclusion Renal EMH is a rarely special tumor-like hyperplasia,which can be diagnosed by integrated analysis of the clinical,laboratory data and imaging findings.Its prognosis is good.
