妈富隆治疗高雄激素血症40例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妈富隆治疗高雄激素血症的临床应用价值。方法选择2008年1月~2009年8月在该科内分泌门诊治疗的高雄激素血症患者40例,用妈富隆治疗,观察月经周期恢复情况及治疗前后性激素水平、卵巢体积、子宫内膜厚度的改变。结果 40例患者用妈富隆完成3个周期治疗,停药后均有撤退性出血,治疗后80%月经周期恢复正常,40例患者促黄体生成激素（LH）、睾酮（T）、雄烯二酮（A）水平均有显著降低（P〈0.01）,双侧卵巢体积显著减小（P〈0.01）,子宫内膜厚度变薄（P〈0.01）。结论妈富隆用于治疗高雄激素血症是一种简单、有效、副作用小的药物。Aim To assess effect of marvelon on hyperandrogenemia（HA） treatment.Methods 40 patients with HA treated by marvelon in our hospital from January 2008 to August 2009 were selected.These patients were treated by marvelon,the menstrual cycle regular level of ovarian hormone,dimensions of the ovary and thickness of endonetrium were observed and measured before and after treatment.Results After three clinical treatment cycles by marvelon,withdrawal bleeding occurred in the same way as in normal menstruation,Regular menstrual cycle took place in 80 percent of cases.The level of LH,T,P all fell.Dimensions of the ovary were reduced and the thickness of endonetrium became thinner dramatically（P0.01）.Conclusion Marvelon has remarkable curative effects on HA,which is a convenient method and has few side effects.
