克痤隐酮凝胶治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ级寻常痤疮34例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨克痤隐酮凝胶治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ级寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法将Ⅰ、Ⅱ级痤疮患者共64例随机分为两组,观察组予克痤隐酮凝胶外用,对照组予维胺酯乳膏外用。结果观察组非炎性皮损减少率高于对照组,两组炎性皮损减少率相当;两组痊愈率及总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论克痤隐酮凝胶治疗寻常痤疮和维胺酯乳膏疗效相当,对非炎性皮损疗效优于维胺酯乳膏。适用于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级寻常痤疮患者。Aim To investigate the curative effect of Kecuo Yintong gel on treating level Ⅰ,Ⅱ acne vulgaris.Methods 64 cases of level Ⅰ and level Ⅱ acne patients were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group was given Kecuo Yintong gel for external use,while the control group was given viaminate cream for external use.Results The depletion rate of non-inflammatory skin lesions of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,Two groups＇ depletion rates of inflammatory skins lesions were equal.Two groups＇ difference in curative rate and total effective rate had no statistic significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The curative effects of treating acne vulgaris between Kecuo Yintong gel and viaminate cream are equal.Kecuo Yintong gel is better in treating non-inflammatory skin lesions than viaminate cream,which is also suitable for treating levelⅠ,Ⅱacne vulgaris patients.
