摘  要:为了有效解决逆变电源中存在的因单一复杂控制而带来的系统运行高风险性、控制精度低,反馈调节时间长,系统可扩展性差等缺点,设计实现了一种基于ARM7 Cortex-M3内核的单片机STM32F103和TI C2000系列DSP芯片TMS320F2808的双核控制逆变电源控制电路。通过在一台6kVA工频双变换纯在线式单相小功率逆变电源上进行控制和负载实验。结果表明,该设计方案有效解决了逆变电源系统中因控制核单一而导致的高复杂度高风险性的缺点,具有控制器模块化,抗干扰能力强,反馈调节速度快,内部接口扩展功能丰富等特点。In order to solve the problems of high risk operation,low control precision,long time feedback regulation and poor system scalability caused by the single complex control,a double-core joint-control circuit for inverted power supply system is designed and realized in this paper,which is based on the joint control of microprocessor STM32F103 with ARM7 Cortex-M3 Core and TI C2000 series DSP chip TMS320F2808.It uses STM32 for system management,environmental monitoring and human-machine interaction,and F2808 for close-loop feedback control and battery charging.Both the modularization of digital control,and facilitation of operation and maintenance were realized by the control system.The controlling and loading experiments indicate that the new control scheme has effectively solved the problems mentioned above.The test results show the feasibility and vendibility of this kind of inverted power supply system.
