摘　　要：绝经后骨关节炎伴骨质疏松症(PMOP)严重影响老年人生活质量。双膦酸盐能直接抑制破骨细胞形成,抑制骨吸收,具有较好疗效,且安全性高。本文综述第3代双膦酸盐——利塞膦酸钠的药理、药效学特点、临床疗效评价和不良反应。Postmenopausal osteoarthritis and osteoporosis severely affects the life quality of the elderly.Bisphosphonates can suppress osteoclasts formation and inhibit bone absorption directly. They possess better efficacy and higher safety. Risedronate is one of the third generation bisphosphonates. This review describes the pharmacology and pharmacodynamics, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of risedronate.
