摘　　要：复方甘草酸苷具有抗炎、免疫调节和抗变态反应等作用。本文综述其在多种难治性风湿性疾病如风湿热、类风湿关节炎(RA)、系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)和原发性干燥综合征等临床治疗中的应用。Compound glycyrrhizin is of the effect on anti-inflammation, immuno-regulation and anti-allergy. This review focuses on the clinical application of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of refractory rheumatic diseases, such as rheumatic fever, rheumatoid arthritis （RA）, systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） and primary sjogren syndrome.
