摘　　要：锝[99Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐(99Tc-MDP)由同位素锝[99Tc]和亚甲基二膦酸组成,近年临床用于治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)、强直性脊柱炎、骨关节炎,骨质疏松和甲状腺相关性眼病。本文综述99Tc-MDP在风湿性疾病治疗中的研究进展。Technetium [99Tc] methylenediphosphonate （99Tc-MDP） is composed of technetium 99 and methyl- enediphosphonate. Recently it is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis （RA）, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and Graves ophthalmopathy. This review briefly introduces the progress in research of 99Tc-MDP in the treatment of rheumatic diseases.
