摘　　要：现场调查发现天津市某些医院存在病区和生活污水混流和消毒不彻底问题.通过实验室测定,使用电解食盐次氯酸钠发生器消毒污水时投氯量不得少于15mg/L.气温升高可加速余氯的下降.对使用次氯酸钠发生器注意事项提出了建议.Generator of sodium hypochlorite produced by electrolysis of sodium chloride was used to disinfect sewage in several hospitals of Tianjin.It was found in the investigation that the disinfection was inadequate due to insufficient dosage of disinfectant.It was determined in laboratory that in order to maintain 4 mg/L available chlorine in sewage 60 min after addi- tion of chlorine,a dosage of 15 mg/L chlorine was required for disinfection.With this dosage,the coli-group count in sewage could be decreased to lower than 100/L,attaining the hygienic standard of hospital sewage discharge.
