摘 要:研究液化天然气(LNG)低温大型SPB型储液罐在海上运动过程中晃动引起的对液舱壁面产生的动侧压力、储液的气液混合情况、储液的晃动幅度及液舱内压力分布。基于VOF(volume-of-fluid)模型模拟二维SPB型液舱内储液的晃动特性,并利用试验数据对模型的计算结果进行了验证。结果表明:模拟数据与试验数据吻合较好;晃动幅度与运输船的初始速度有关,初始速度越大,晃动就越剧烈;不同储液充满率引起的晃动不同,充满率越大,晃动的幅度越小,有利于减小储液的晃动;在液舱内合理的设置阻流板有利于抑制晃动。The side pressure caused by the liquid sloshing,the gas-liquid mixing situation,the liquid sloshing amplitude and the pressure distribution in containers were studied in liquefied natural gas(LNG) cryogenic large SPB-type storage tanks.The liquid sloshing characteristics in two-dimensional membrane SPB-type tank were simulated based on VOF(volume-of-fluid) model.The simulated results were compared with the experimental data.The results show that the simulation data agree well with the experimental data.The sloshing amplitude is related to the initial velocity,the greater the initial velocity,the more violent the sloshing.At the same time,the sloshing induced by different filling rate of liquid is also different,the greater the filling rate,the smaller the sloshing amplitude,which helps to reduce liquid sloshing.It is beneficial to restrain sloshing through installing baffles reasonably.
