摘　　要："体面劳动"与全球化背景下的社会公正密切相关,是为了应对全球化给劳动领域带来的挑战提出的,也是对"核心劳工标准"的扩展。农民工是我国社会转型期出现的一个特殊群体,他们为我国经济社会的发展做出了巨大贡献,但他们的权益却没有得到相应的保障。本文通过对工会社会化维权模式的阐述和分析,对农民工实现其"体面劳动"作出相应的研究和探索。＂Decent labor＂ proposed is closely related to the globalization of social justice in order to cope with the global challenges,and it is also the extension of ＂core labor standard＂.Peasant-worker is a special group during the social reform of our country,made great contributions to the development of our economic and social,but they have not obtained corresponding guarantee.Through explaining and analyzing the model of labor union labor rights protection of socialization,this article made corresponding research and exploration forpeasant-worker to achieve the ＂decent labor＂.
