摘　　要：细菌菌膜是细菌吸附于惰性物体如医学材料或机体黏膜表面后形成的一种特殊的生存形式，由于其对抗生索耐药性使得菌膜成为许多慢性感染性疾病反复发作和难以控制的主要原因之一。本文介绍了细菌菌膜的形成及结构特性，重点讨论其抗生素耐药机制的研究进展。Bacterial biotilms are bacterial communities which are enclosed within a matrix of hydrated polymer produced by the bacteria and adhere to a living or inert surface, so as with its correlative antibiotic resistance to infection, becoming one of the Factors for clinical refractory infections. This article introduces the structural and specific bacterial biofilms, with special emphasis on the research progression of its antibiotics-resistance mechanism.
