高频引力波在电磁环形腔焦点区域的时空扰动效应  

Perturbative Effect of Spacetime Produced by High-Frequency Gravitational Waves in Focal Region of Electromagnetic Toroidal Cavity

摘  要:基于弱场条件,计算了在柱坐标下由电磁环形腔中强电磁简正模在其焦点区域产生的引力驻波的第二类克氏联络、里奇张量、曲率标量及其能量密度.研究发现,在焦点区域的引力驻波的能量密度是正定的.此外,讨论了该引力驻波的能量密度和时空的曲率标量的关系.高Q值强场环形微波腔以及受控核聚变的Tokamak装置均具有轴对称的特点,并可作为可能的潜在高频引力波源.Christoffel connection,ricci tensor,curvature scalar and energy density of the standing gravitational wave produced by strong electromagnetic normal mode of the toroidal cavity in its focal region is calculated in this study,using the cylindrical coordinate system,under the condition of weak field.The energy density of the standing gravitational wave is found to be positive definite in the focal region of the cavity.The relationship between energy density of the gravitational wave and curvature scalar is discussed.Both the microwave cavity of strong field with high quality factor Q and the nuclear fusion device Tokamak are characterized by axial symmetry and can be used as potential sources of high-frequency gravitational waves.The conclusions as shown above may have a prospective significance for producing and detecting high-frequency gravitational waves.
