摘  要:【目的】研究2种精粗比日粮中添加酵母培养物(YC)对陕北绒山羊羔羊生产性能、营养物质表观消化率及瘤胃发育的影响。【方法】采用2×2因子试验设计,将16只日龄和体质量相近的羔羊随机分为4组:Ⅰ组.日粮精粗比3∶7+20 g/kg YC;Ⅱ组.日粮精粗比3∶7,不添加YC;Ⅲ组.日粮精粗比5∶5+20 g/kg YC;Ⅳ组.日粮精粗比5∶5,不添加YC。计算各组羔羊的平均增加体质量、平均日增质量、干物质采食量(DMI)及料质量比。采用不完全收粪法收集粪样,测定其中干物质、有机物、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)及酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率。试验结束后屠宰全部试验羊,取瘤胃组织测定瘤胃乳头高度、宽度和瘤胃壁厚度。【结果】Ⅰ组羔羊平均增加体质量、平均日增质量均显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组DMI显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组DMI高于Ⅱ组,但差异不显著(P=0.077);4个处理组的料质量比差异均不显著(P>0.05),其中Ⅰ组最小(7.72)。Ⅰ组羔羊CP、NDF的表观消化率显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),而Ⅲ组与Ⅳ组间各营养物质的表观消化率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅲ组羔羊瘤胃乳头高度、宽度均极显著大于Ⅳ组(P<0.01),瘤胃壁厚度显著大于Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。日粮精粗比与YC的互作效应对CP、NDF的表观消化率影响显著(P<0.05),对瘤胃乳头宽度影响极显著(P<0.01)。【结论】日粮中添加YC能够提高羔羊的DMI和平均日增质量,以及高粗料日粮的CP和NDF表观消化率;YC可促进羔羊瘤胃发育,在高精料日粮中效果更显著;日粮精粗比与YC对CP、NDF表观消化率及瘤胃发育的影响存在互作效应。【Objective】 The research was made to study the effects of yeast culture(YC) supplied in different concentrate-roughage(C/R) ratio diets on performance,nutrient digestibility and rumen development in Shanbei cashmere goat lambs.【Method】 Sixteen lambs were allotted randomly into four groups using 2×2 factorial arrangement with different concentration diets and YC levels as main effects.Lambs in groupⅠwere fed a basal diet with C/R ratio of 3∶7 and 20 g/kg of dry matter intake(DMI) YC,and those in groupⅡwere fed the same diet as groupⅠexcept YC.Animals in group Ⅲ were fed a basal diet with C/R ratio of 5∶5 and 20 g/kg of DMI YC,and in group Ⅳ were fed the same diet as group Ⅲ except YC.The nutrient was assayed as Chinese standards.After the lambs were slaughtered,rumen tissues were sampled for rumen epithelial growth measurements.【Result】 Average weight gain,average daily gain and digestibility of CP and NDF in group Ⅰwere significantly greater than those of groupⅡ(P〈0.05).The DMI in group Ⅲ was different with group Ⅳ(P〈0.05),and groupⅠ was also greater than group Ⅱ(P=0.077).There were no differences observed for feed efficiency in all the groups(P〉0.05) when the lowest feed efficiency was found in groupⅠ(7.72).The digestibility of CP and NDF was affected by interaction between C/R and supplied YC(P=0.040 and P=0.028).The papillae length and papillae width in group Ⅲ were significantly greater(P〈0.01)compared with group Ⅳ.The C/R ratio and interaction between C/R and supplied YC also significantly affected papillae width(P〈0.01).【Conclusion】 The diet added 20 g/kg YC improved significantly DMI,average daily gain,digestibility of CP and NDF and rumen development,and these effects were partly from the interaction between C/R and YC.
