补肾化瘀安胎颗粒治疗抗磷脂综合征型流产的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾化瘀安胎颗粒治疗抗磷脂综合征型流产疗效。方法:将76例抗磷脂综合征型流产患者随机分为治疗组(补肾化瘀安胎颗粒)38例,对照组(肝素结合阿司匹林治疗)38例,观察两组患者治疗前后症状改善、分娩率及副反应发生率。结果:补肾化瘀安胎颗粒辨证治疗抗磷脂综合征型流产,总有效率达68.42%,统计学显示与对照组无显著性意义,但与对照组相比,症状改善明显,副反应发生率低。结论:补肾化瘀安胎颗粒治疗抗磷脂综合征型流产有着良好的疗效,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of BushenHuayuAntai Granules for abortion caused by antiphospholipid syndrome.Methods:76 patients of antiphospholipid syndrome with abortion were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group of 38 cases were treated with BushenHuayuAntai Granules.The control one of 38 cases were applied with heparin and aspirin.The improvement of symptoms,delivery rate and side effect rate were measured before and after the treatment.Results:Effective rate of BushenHuayuAntai Granules was 68.42%.There were no statistically significant differences between 2 groups,but the improvement of symptoms were higher in treatment group than those in control one,and the side effects were lower.Conclusion:BushenHuayuAntai Granules has good curative effect in treating antiphospholipid syndrome with abortion and is worthy of popularizing.
