摘 要:[目的]了解宁夏农村女性人群包虫病流行现状及其影响因素,探讨该类人群包虫病高发原因。[方法]采取整群分层随机抽样方法计算调查人群感染率和患病率。[结果]本次共调查6039人,全人群包虫病感染率和患病率分别为11.72%(708/6039)和1.47%(89/6039);其中女性包虫病感染率和患病率分别为14.29%(461/3227)和1.77%(57/3227),感染率性别间差异有统计学意义(χ2=43.95,P﹤0.05),但患病率性别间差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.086,P﹥0.05);回族女性感染率及患病率均高于其他民族;年龄与感染率和患病率低度相关,有随年龄增加而升高的趋势;农(牧)民的患病率明显高于其他各职业人群;学历与患病率低度相关,有随学历增高而降低的趋势;山区和台地的流行远较川区为重。[结论]宁夏农村女性人群是我区包虫病的高风险人群,应加强和重视我区农村女性人群的包虫病防治工作。[Objective]To understand the rural female population status of hydatid disease prevalence of Ningxia and explore its influencing factors of hydatid disease.[Methods]According to geographical prevalence and characteristics of landforms,we took two stratified random cluster sample survey.[Results]A total of 6039 people was surveyed,with an average infection rate was 11.72%,and the average prevalence rate of 1.47%. The hydatid disease infection rates and the prevalence of women were 14.29% and 1.77%,the infection rate has statistic significant(χ2 = 43.95,P﹤0.05),but there is no significant difference in the prevalence rate of different gender(χ2 = 1.187,P﹥0.05);the prevalence rate of Hui women was higher than other ethnic groups;the prevalence rate increased with age rising trend;prevalence rate of agricultural(animal husbandry)was significantly highly than other occupational groups;the situation was more serious in mountains and far more popular platform areas.[Conclusion]Rural female population in Ningxia area echinococcosis is high-risk groups,we should attach importance to female population in rural areas of hydatid disease.
