西部某医学院校医学生基层就业意向及原因分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解西部某医学院校医学本科生基层就业意向并探讨医学生到基层就业难的原因。[方法]运用问卷调查,采取随机整群抽样方法,调查医学生就业意向并作统计学分析。[结果]医学生就业期望高,热衷于大型医院,但不完全排斥基层医疗机构。[结论]需政府、高校等多部门协作采取措施,引导医学生到基层就业。[Objective]To know its primary employment intention of undergraduate medical students in Western medical school and try to find the causes of hard to guide medical students to work in primary.[Methods]Using self-made questionnaire,we took cluster sampling investigation and statistic analysis to investigate medical students’ employment intention.[Results]With high exceptions,undergraduate medical students were eager to work in large hospitals,but not entirely exclude primary care organizations.[Conclusion]Government,universities and others should take multi-strategies to guide medical students to primary.
