河南省2009年疟疾疫情分析及防治措施评价

摘　　要：[目的]了解并分析河南省2009年的疟疾疫情,评价疟疾防治措施,为疟疾防治提供依据。[方法]收集河南省2009年的疟疾疫情报告数据并进行分析,评价防治措施。[结果]根据疫情报告,2009年全省共发生疟疾1616例,发病率1.64/10万,较2008年同期的3046例下降了46.95%,全省18个市中开封、洛阳、安阳3个与上年持平;仅有新乡市的疫情较上年同期上升;其余14个市的疫情较上年有不同程度的下降。全省共血检发热病人479794人,检出疟原虫阳性者738例,血检阳性率0.15%。疟疾休止期服药46053人,正规服药率99.21%。重点地区应用球型芽胞杆菌进行水体灭蚴蚊,氟氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯进行滞溜喷洒和浸帐灭蚊。[结论]2009年河南省疟疾发病率较前期发病率逐步降低,在全省95%以上的人口范围内疟疾已不再是严重的公共卫生问题。[Objective]To understand and analyze malaria situation in Henan Province in 2009,and evaluate the malaria control measures,and provide evidence for malaria control and prevention.[Methods]Data on malaria epidemic situation were collected and analyzed. Malaria control measures were evaluated.[Results]According to report of infectious disease,the number of reported malaria cases in 2009 was 1 616,and the malaria incidence was 1.64/100 000 and decreased by 46.95% compared with 2008. To compare with last year,Malaria infection was maintained the same level in 3 cities out of the 18 ones including Kaifeng Luoyang and Anyang,epidemic situation was higher in Xinxiang city,malaria infection was reduced in other 14 cities. Among 479 794 fever patients in Henan,738 patients were detected with positive plasmodium,and the positive rate was 0.15%. In Henan,46 053 of people were given pre-transmission season treatment,and the rate of proper treatment was 99.21%. In emphasis spots,bacillus were given to slake larva mosquito,cyfluthrin and high performance Cypermethrin to asperse and immerse tent.[Conclusion]In Henan Province,Malaria infection was reduced gradually compare with early days and no longer a severe public health matter.
