石河子市2009-2010年流行性感冒病毒核酸检测结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]对石河子市2009年9月~2010年3月流行期流感病毒进行核酸检测及分析,了解石河子市流感流行情况。[方法]采集流感样病例的咽拭子用逆转录-聚合酶链反应（PCR法）检测流感病毒。[结果]2009年9月~2010年3月共检测1所哨点医院流感样标本385份,检出流感病毒84份,阳性率为21.82%,其中甲型H1N1流感病毒72份,占85.71%,季节性甲型H3N2流感病毒2份,乙型流感病毒10份。[结论]2009年9月~2010年3月流行期间石河子市流感病毒分离结果同国内各地区及疆内流感网络实验室检测结果相一致,主要检出流感病毒为甲型H1N1流感病毒,同时有季节性甲型H3N2和乙型流感病毒的存在。[Objective]To understand about the epidemiology of influenza in Shehezi city from September 2009 - March 2010 through influenza virus nucleic acid the test and analysis.[Methods]Influenza-like cases throat swab specimens was detected by reverse transcription- polymerase chain reaction for influenza virus.[Results]From September 2009 to March 2010,there were 385 influenza samples from a sentinel hospital,84 cases were tested,and the rate of positive was 21.82%. 72 were influenza A H1N1 influenza virus,accounted for 85.71% and there were 2 seasonal H3N2 influenza viruses and 10 B influenza viruses.[Conclusion]The separated result of influenza cases in shihezi city and each areas of inland and the test result of influenza internet lab in xingjiang were the same,it mainly tests the influenza virus was A H1N1 influenza virus,and at the same time there existed seasonal H3N2 influenza virus and B influenza virus.
