山东省2008年恶性肿瘤死亡情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析2008年山东省居民恶性肿瘤死亡分布特征及流行趋势,为有关部门制定防治对策提供科学依据。[方法]对山东省疾病监测系统居民死因网络直报资料进行统计分析。[结果]2008年全省恶性肿瘤粗死亡率164.78/10万,男性208.56/10万,女性119.44/10万。死亡居前5位的恶性肿瘤依次为肺癌(46.27/10万)、肝癌(30.53/10万)、胃癌(27.56/10万)、食管癌(16.61/10万)和结直肠癌(8.15/10万),占全部肿瘤死亡的78.36%,且不同性别间死亡率存在统计学差异,男性明显高于女性。[结论]恶性肿瘤严重威胁全省居民生命和健康,是导致山东省居民死亡的首要原因,居心、脑血管疾病之前。肺癌是首要的恶性肿瘤死亡原因。应根据不同恶性肿瘤的发生及预后特点,有的放矢地开展防治应对措施。[Objective]To detect the death distribution and epidemic trend of malignant tumors for Shandong residents in 2008,and provide scientific evidence for the development of effective prevention and cure measures in relevant departments.[Methods]The cancer death data in resident in network report from disease surveillance system were analyzed in Shandong province.[Results]The crude mortality of malignant tumors in whole province in 2008 was 164.78/0.1 million with 208.56/0.1 million for male and 119.44/0.1 million for female. The front five death causes of malignant tumor were lung cancer（46.27/0.1 million）,liver cancer（30.53/0.1 million）,stomach cancer（27.56/0.1 million）,esophagus cancer（16.61/0.1 million）and colon-rectum cancer（8.15/0.1 million）respectively with proportion of 78.36% in total death number of malignant tumor. The mortalities of major malignant tumors had notable difference between genders with higher mortality in male than female.[Conclusion]Malignant tumor has been a chief death cause of Shandong people because of its heavy threat for the lives and health of whole provincial people and in front of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Lung cancer is a chief death cause in malignant tumors. As a result,the effective prevention and cure measures should be taken according to the development and outcome of different malignant tumors.
