余芙膏对实验动物疼痛 肿胀的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究余芙膏的药理作用。方法:通过实验观察余芙膏对冰醋酸及热板法致小鼠疼痛、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响。结果:余芙膏能减轻冰醋酸及热板法所致小鼠疼痛,抑制蛋清所致小鼠足跖及二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓的肿胀。结论:余芙膏具有明显镇痛、抗炎、消肿功效。Objective： To study pharmacodynamic action of Yufu Ointment. Method： To observe the effects of Yufu Ointment on pain of mice , toes sweUings of rats and ear swellings of mice caused by respective application of glacial acetic acid and hot plate , egg - white and xylene. Result： Yufu Ointment can ease the pain of mice and inhibit toes swellings of rats or ear swellings of mice. Co- clusion： Yufu Ointment has an significant effect of acesodyne, anti - inflammation and detumesoence.
