摘　　要：目的：探讨高危注射药品在医院使用、管理各环节的方法及注意事项，为医院系统提升自身用药安全管理水平提供参考。方法：通过查阅、归纳文献资料．结合我院自身管理经验与实践，分析高危注射药品在使用和管理过程中的特点。结果：医疗机构需建立专门的高危注射药品管理制度．加强宣传与监管．医师、护士、药师需相互协作、切实执行，促进高危注射药品使用的安全性，合理性。结论：药品安全与人类的生命与健康息息相关，建立科学、合理的高危注射药品管理制度是保障公众用药安全的重要举措．其有助于防范用药差错、保障用药安全、降低医疗风险。Objective： This paper aims to investigate the methods and announcements in using and managing the hospital high-risk injections. It provides a reference for the development of the medication safety management level in the hospital system. Methods： Through reading and inducing documents and combining our own management experience and practice, this paper analyzes the specialty of high-risk injections in the process of use and management features. Results： Medical institutions need to establish specialized high-risk injections drug management system, and strengthen its propaganda and supervision. Doctors, nurses and pharmacists are demanded to well cooperate and execute in order to promote the safety and rationality of the high-risk injections. Conclusions： Drug safety is closely related to human life and health. Establishing a scientific and reasonable high- risk injections supervising system is an important measure to guarantee public drug safety, which helps prevent medication errors and reduce malpractice and display drugs benefits.
