择时选穴针刺治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察择时选穴治疗一、二级原发性高血压病的疗效。方法：将60例一级或二级原发性高血压病患者随机分成2组，治疗组30例采用针刺子午流注纳甲法开穴为主穴，配穴曲池、太冲；对照组30例采用不同时辰针刺与当天治疗组相同的腧穴，每日1次，10次为1疗程，连续治疗两个疗程。结果：治疗前后临床积分：治疗组分别为7．70±0．87、2．23±1．86，对照组分别为7．66±0．92、3．30±1．62，两组治疗2疗程后与治疗前比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两疗程前后舒张压降低：两组均比治疗前降低（P〈0．01），两组间比较，治疗组舒张压降低甚于对照组（P〈0．01）。两疗程前后收缩压降低：两组均比治疗前降低（P〈0．01），两组间比较，治疗组收缩压降低方面与对照组相当（P〉0．05）。两疗程后，择时选穴组症状疗效优于同穴不同时组（P〈0．05）。两疗程后择时选穴组降压总疗效优于同穴不同时组（P〈0．01）。结论：择时选穴针刺治疗原发性高血压痛肝阳上亢证效果良好，其可能是治疗原发性高血压痛的一种简便可行的方法和手段。不同时间针刺相同穴位，对原发性高血压病的疗效具有明显差异，提示腧穴具有时间特性，值得进一步研究。Purpose ： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture according to Zi Wu Liu Zhu Na Jia Theory to cure Primary hypertentiono Methods ： 60 cases of patients with first or second grade Primary hypertention were randomly divided into 2 groups. 30 patients in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture according toZi Wu Liu Zhu Theory to cure hypertention;30 patients in the compared group were treated by the same aeupoints in the same day but at a different time, once daily, with 10 days being one therapeutic course, and 2 courses all together. Results ： Clinic score before and after treatment ：Treatment group ： 7.70±0. 8, 2.23 ± 1.86 ; Control group ： 7.66 ± 0.92, 3.30 ± 1.62. Compared with before and after two therapeutic courses treatment, the difference is statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Compared between the two groups, treatment group＇s clinlic score declining is better than the compared group（ P 〈0.05）. DBP declining： two groups＇ DBP both declined, both better than before（ P 〈 0.01 ）, compared between the two groups,treatment group DBP declining is better than the compared group（ P 〈0.01 ）. SBP declining：two groups＇ SBP beth declined after two courses of treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）, compared between the two groups, the treatment group is not better than the compared group （ P 〉0. 05 ）. After two periods of treatment, the efficient of treatment group is better than the compared group. Conclusion： Acupointing according to Zi Wu Liu Zhu Theory has a good clinical efficient on first and second Primary hypertension. It can be a good way to cure first and second Primary hypertension.
