摘　　要：目的：为了有效控制门诊院内感染。方法：通过分析门诊院内感染因素并针对院内感染问题制定行之有效的预防措施；加强医院感染的监控，根据相关法规和规范，完善门诊医院感染控制的规章制度，结果：提高医护人员感控管理意识，做好院感监测和定期进行质控检查工作，降低了医院感染的发生。Objective ：in order to control nosomial infection of out - patient clinics. Methods： analyzing the elements of nosomial infection in out - patient clinics and formulating preventive measures on it; strengthen the discipline of nosomial infection, making perpectly rules and regulations of controlhng cross infection, Results ： improving ideology of doctors and nurses to control and care the infections, accomplish fully the supervision on nosomial infections and carting out regularly check the quality about controlling infections, reduce happening of infections.
