发作期哮喘患儿外周血Th、Tc细胞亚群的变及其相互关系

摘　　要：目的:研究哮喘发作期患儿外周血Th、Tc细胞亚群的变化及其相互关系。方法:应用流式细胞术检测30例哮喘发作期患儿的外周血Th1、Th2、Tc1、Tc2的细胞数。结果:哮喘患儿和正常对照组的外周血Th1细胞数分别为16.12±6.17和7.04±2.66(P<0.05),Th2细胞数分别为15.96±6.10和6.25±0.56(P<0.001),Tc1细胞数分别为9.06±3.80和7.28±3.01(P>0.05),Tc2细胞数分别为7.64±3.67和3.02±1.38(P<0.001)。Th1与Tc1、Th2与Tc2均有明显的正相关性(r分别为0.853和0.844,P<0.001)。结论:发作期哮喘患儿Th1/Th2、Tc1/Tc2存在着明显的异常,其外周血Th1与Tc1、Th2与Tc2均有明显的正相关性。Objective： To investigate the correlation and changes of the subsets of help T cell （Th） and cytotoxic T cell （Tc） in the peripheral blood in children with attack asthma. Methods： The flow cytometry was tested the changes of Thl, Th2, Tcl, Tc2 cells in the peripheral blood in 30 children with asthma. Results： The percentage of Thl cell was 16.12±6.17 and 7.04±2.66 （P〈0.05）, Th2 cell was 15.96±6.10 and 6.25±0.56 （P〈0.001）, Tel cell was 9.06±3.80 and 7.28±3.01（P〉0.05）, and Tc2 cell was 7.64±3.67 and 3.02±1.38（P〈0.001 ）in asthmatic children and the control respectively. There was significant positive correlation between Thl and Tel cells,Th2 and Tc2 cells in the peripheral blood in asthmatic children（P〈0.001 ）. Conclusions： The changes of Th1/Th2 cells, Tc1/Tc2 cells will be significant abnormal and there is significant positive correlation between Thl cells and Tcl cells, Th2 ceils and Tc2 cells of peripheral blood in asthmatic children.
