摘  要:建立超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联四极杆质谱测定大豆和土壤中精喹禾灵残留分析方法,该方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高,检测限低等特点。样品经固相萃取净化,应用超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联四极杆质谱仪选择反应监测(SRM)定量法检测精喹禾灵。结果表明,该方法对精喹禾灵的最低检出限LOD为0.65μg/kg。在0.649~324.600μg/L线性范围内,相关系数为0.999 9,回收率在82.42~99.61%之间,相对标准偏差<5%(n=5)。A LC-ESI-MS/MS method was in bean and soil. This method is found developed for the determination of quizalofop-p-ethyl to be rapid, accurate and high sensitivity for the determination of quizalofop-p-ethyl in bean and soil. For clean-up and concentration solid phase extraction were used. The 2 agents were determined by LC-ESI-MS/MS and quantified with selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode. Results, the detection limits (LOD) for quizalofop- p-ethyl were 0.651μg/kg.The linear ranges were 0.694-324.600μg/L with correlation coefficients above 0.999 9. The mean recoveries were between 82.42% and 99.61%.The RSD was less than 5%(n=5).
