湿润半暴露疗法治疗耳廓深Ⅱ度烧伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨湿润半暴露疗法治疗耳廓深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法对35例(60只耳)耳廓深Ⅱ度烧伤创面覆盖湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)油纱半暴露治疗,观察创面愈合过程及愈合后瘢痕增生情况。结果创面全部自行愈合,平均愈合时间为21 d±4 d,创面未予植皮,无耳软骨炎、小耳畸形、"菜花"耳等并发症发生,随访6个月～1年,未见瘢痕增生。结论湿润半暴露疗法治疗耳廓烧伤方法简便,可促进创面愈合,减轻瘢痕增生,降低耳软骨炎及小耳畸形的发生率。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of treating auricle bums of deep second degree with MEBT/MEBO. Methods A total of 35 patients （60 auricles） were treated with MEBO and semi -exposed method, wound healing process and sear formation was observed. Results After an average of 21 ±4 d days, the patients were all self - healed without skin grafting, all of the auricles recovered normal shape, and no complications of ear chondfitis, microtia and cauliflower ear were observed. No scar hyperplasia was observed by the follow - up of 6 months to a year. Conclusion It is an effective method to treat auricle bums with MEBO, which can promote wound healing, reduce sear hyperplasia and the incidence of chondfitis, microtia of the ear.
