摘　　要：目的观察湿性医疗技术配合中药药浴在糖尿病足湿性坏疽创面中的治疗效果。方法按糖尿病足湿性坏疽单病种标准确定的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级病例,观察其创面的治愈、有效、无效情况。结果 16例患者中11例痊愈,3例改善,2例无效转为截肢。结论湿性医疗技术配合清热利湿中药药浴,对糖尿病足湿性坏疽的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级(轻、中型)创面均有较好疗效,在全身积极的基础治疗(降糖、抗炎、支持和配合中药口服)下,可稳定坏疽,改善创面,促进愈合或好转,为降低致残率,降低截肢(足、趾)平面,提高人的生存质量与生命质量有积极意义。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of MEBT/MEBO technique combined with Chinese herbs bath in treating moist gangrene of diabetic foot. Methods The patients were divided into grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲin terms of the single disease standard for moist gangrene of diabetic foot. The wounds healing status （ cured, effective, and non - effective） was observed after treatment. Results Of the 16 cases, 11 cases were cured, 3 cases were improved and 2 cases were performed with amputation after non - effective treatment. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO technique combined with Chinese herbs （eliminating damp -heat） bath has favorable effect on grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ moist gangrene in diabetic foot. Based on systematic therapy （reduce glucose level, anti - inflammation, supportive treatment and oral administration of Chinese herbs） , it can stabilize the gangrene, improve the wounds, and promote healing. Thus, it plays an important role in reducing the disability rate and amputation area while improving the quality of survival and lives.
