摘　　要：介绍了国内外法律法规对钢铁产品中有毒有害物质的限制规定，宝钢在针对这些法律法规的规定进行识别的同时，还研究了用户采购技术规范中的相应规定，确定合适的检化验方法，以验证宝铜的铜铁产品是否符合相关法律法规的规定。根据宝钢的经验，确保钢铁产品符合相关法律法规规定的关键，是对钢铁产品制造过程所使用的原材料进行限制和控制。This paper introduced the related laws and regulations which reestrict the use of Hazardous Chemicals Substances, BAOSTEEL has analysed these files and identified the exact requirements related with steel products, in the mean time, the technical requirement listed in the procurement technical specification of customers, and the specified inspection and test methods shall be paid full attention. Aceording to BAOSTEEL＇s experiences in the compliance declaration, the key of successful compliance lies on the limit and control of the raw materials related with the steel manufacturing process.
