摘　　要：介绍了水钢炼钢厂开发SWRCH22A含铝冷镦钢的生产工艺。通过对转炉冶炼终点控制、精炼炉成分调整、钢水钙处理、连铸保护浇铸和防止水口堵塞等工艺过程进行研究和技术攻关，摸索较为成熟的含铝冷镦钢的生产工艺。The production process for our steelmaking plant to develop aluminum-bearing SWRCH22A cold heading steel is introduced. By research and technical breakthrough of endpoint control in converter smelting, composition conditioning in refining furnace, calcium treatment of molten steel, continuous casting protection, nozzle-clogging prevention, etc., the production process of aluminum-bearing cold heading steel is investigated.
