摘　　要：西部民族高校的毕业生就业工作应注意做好就业工作全员化、就业队伍专业化、就业指导全程化、就业服务信息化、就业渠道多元化的"五化"工程。In colleges of ethnic areas of western China, the employment job should attach great importance to five projects,namely participation of full staff, profession of employment personnel, whole process of employment guidance,information of employment service and multi-channel of employment means.
