知识分子如何与工农群众相结合——以革命根据地时期的工农通讯员为视点

摘　　要：在中国共产党领导的革命进程中,出于形势的需要提出了"知识分子与工农群众相结合"的口号,其在新闻传播领域的体现之一,就是新闻媒体重视依靠工农群众办报,并由此促进了工农通讯员事业的发展。本文以革命根据地的工农通讯员为视点,试图通过新闻从业者和工农群众在新闻实践中互动的微观描述,来印证"知识分子工农化"以及"工农分子知识化"的一种实现途径。During the revolutionary course led by the Communist Party of China,the slogan that 'intellectuals must integrate themselves with the broad masses of workers and peasants' was put forward and well acted upon in the field of mass communication.It got manifested by the establishment and development of the system of worker-peasant correspondents.The paper,from the perspective of such worker-peasant correspondents,demonstrates the possibility of 'intellectuals turning into workers and peasants' and 'workers and peasants turning into intellectuals' through a detailed analysis of the interaction in correspondence practices between these correspondents and those workers and peasants involved.
