西南4省(区)水稻投入产出模型分析

摘　　要：结合2009年对西南地区的云南、贵州、四川和广西4省(区)资源贫乏地区水稻生产的相关数据,本研究运用主成分回归分析的方法建立了我国西南4省(区)水稻投入产出模型,分析了西南4省(区)水稻投入产出的现状,研究结果表明:水稻产出受劳动力、土地、种子、灌溉成本、化肥和农药投入、农业机械投入及政府补贴等因素的影响。在选取的变量中,对水稻产出的影响较大的是土地投入、农药、土地、劳动力、种子、灌溉及政府财政补贴,农业机械投入对水稻产出的影响较小。基于实证分析,本研究提出了稳定西南4省资源贫乏地区水稻生产的相应对策。This paper used the principal component regression model,established the input-output model of rice of the four provinces of Southwest China,and then analyzed the status of the four provinces of Southwest China,basing on the survey data to the farmer in the four provinces of Southwest China.The results showed that：The output of the rice was impacted by the labor,land,seeds,irrigation costs,fertilizer and pesticide,and the government subsidies and the other factors.They had a great impaction on the output of the rice,except the investment on the agricultural machinery.In view of this,the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
