摘  要:以甲酸为溶剂,相对黏度18.85的超高相对分子质量的UHMWPA6为溶质制备纺丝液,同时加入络合剂CaC l2并经干法纺丝制备PA6纤维.考察了初生纤维经初拉伸后不同解络合温度对其结构及性能的影响.结果表明:随着解络合温度的升高,纤维的断裂强度和初始模量呈先下降后升高趋势;纤维的结晶度变化不大,γ晶型与α晶型共存,γ晶型相对含量减少,α晶型相对含量增加;纤维残余络合剂(氯元素)的含量逐渐降低,不同解络合温度下试样的DSC曲线均呈明显双峰特征;酰胺官能团的伸缩振动峰逐渐接近于纯PA6纤维.Dry spinning of UHMWPA6/CaCl2/HCOOH complex solution was carried out.Effects of decomplex temperature on elongated fiber structure and properties were investigated.Results showed that the fiber tensile strength and initial modulus decreased first and then increased along with the increasing of regenerated temperature.There's little change in crystallinity of the fiber,in which γ and α crystal coexistence and the relative content of the former decreases while that of the latter increases.There is significant bimodal feature fusion of DSC curve in the sample.Infrared absorption of amide groups was found similar to that of the pure nylon 6 as regenerated temperature increase.The complex agent of chlorine in fiber content decrease as regenerated temperature increase.
