摘 要:以市售桑蚕丝织物为研究对象,分别用不同功率的的紫外灯(15、30、45和60 W)进行人工加速光老化,利用电镜和XRD表征等手段考察了光老化处理对其结构和性能的影响.结果表明:光老化处理后,桑蚕丝纤维的形貌完整性、纤维的结晶度随着光照时间的延长以及光强度的增加而下降,光照老化处理严重时纤维表面出现裂隙甚至断裂.由于光老化使纤维结构产生破坏和损伤,使织物断裂强力下降.Taking commercial mulberry silk as the research object,silk fabric samples were treated by UV light accelerated-aging at 15 W,30 W,45 W and 60 W,respectively.The fibre structure and properties of the treated mulberry silk were investigated by means of the electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction.The results showed that the integrity of fiber morphology was destroyed and the crystallinity of the fiber decreased with the increase of the UV light intensity and the treatment time.Fissures and even the fibre breakage would appear on the fibre surface if the UV light intensity was too strong and treatment time was too long.Breakage and breach of the fiber structure after the UV light treatment induced the fabric breaking strength being dropped.
