摘 要:以市售桑蚕丝织物为研究对象,分别用15、30、45和60 W的紫外灯进行人工加速光老化,利用红外和氨基酸测定手段考察了光老化处理对桑蚕丝分子组成和性能的影响.结果表明:光照处理的桑蚕丝纤维样品,其红外特征峰强度和氨基酸含量随着光照时间的延长以及光强度的增加均有变化,且特征峰位置产生微小位移,表明光照老化处理时有光化学反应发生.光化学反应的发生导致纤维组成发生变化,纤维结构被破坏和损伤,织物断裂强度下降.Taking commercial mulberry silk as the research object,silk fabric samples were treated by UV light accelerated-aging at 15 W,30 W,45 W and 60 W,respectively.The composition and properties of the mulberry silk were investigated by means of the measurements of amino acids and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR).The results showed that the intensity of FTIR characteristic peak and the amino composition changed with the increase of the UV light intensity and the treatment time,while the peaks position shift slightly moved,which indicated that photochemical reactions had taken place in the process of UV light treatment.It is the photochemical reactions which results in the fiber structure being destroyed,and leads to the the decrease of silk fabric strength.
