摘　　要：眼部给药需综合考虑药物在眼部的吸收、分布、代谢及药物的生物化学特征,以改善药物的生物药剂学特性,使药物按预想的途径更准确地进入靶区受体部位。本文对近年眼科给药新剂型,如胶体给药系统、凝胶给药系统、植入剂等的研究进展进行了回顾。Administration of drug delivery in the eye should take into account the absorption,distribution,metabolism and biochemical character of the drug so as to improve the character of biopharmaceutic drug at the desired way to ensure drugs into the target receptor site more accurately.This paper reviewed the research progress in recent years of new delivery forms of ophthalmic drugs such as colloidal drug delivery system,gel drug delivery system and implantable drugs etc.
