摘　　要：虚拟生态工业园相对于实体型生态工业园而言,节约了大量的建设费用,降低了企业的进入门槛,是未来我国循环经济的发展方向和有效途径。鉴于目前其理论研究现状和实体型生态工业园区的实践经验,高效的组织结构和管理机制对于虚拟生态工业园实现经济与环境协调发展非常重要,是促进虚拟生态工业园稳定、长远发展的必备条件。Compared with tangible eco-industrial park,virtual eco-industrial park（VEIP） saved a lot of construction cost,reduced business barriers for the enterprise＇s entry.It is the future development direction and effective way for circular economy in China.Given the current theory research situation of VEIP and the practical experience of tangible eco-industrial park,efficient organization structure and management mechanism is very important for virtual eco-industrial park to realize the coordinated development of economy and environment.It is also the necessary conditions to promote stable and long-term development of VEIP.
