立体定向同位素^(32)P内放疗治疗囊性颅咽管瘤(附40例临床分析)

摘　　要：目的 ;立体定向同位素32P内放疗治疗颅咽管瘤。立体定向同位素32P内放疗治疗颅咽管瘤。方法对40例囊性颅咽管瘤行立体定向穿刺、囊性内放疗。结果 32例术后6~38个月随访,CT或MRI瘤腔消失率69%,显著缩小31%;30例视力、视野障碍改善。结论 CT导向立体定向技术为脑深部肿瘤的内放疗和化疗提供精确定位和简便安全给药有效途径,对周围组织结构的全身影响极为轻微。Objective Objective Stereotactic radiation therapy in craniopharyngioma 32P isotope.Methods 40 cases of cystic craniopharyngioma stereotactic aspiration,and cystic in radiotherapy.Results 32 cases were followed up for 6 to 38 months,CT or MRI disappearance rate of 69% of the tumor cavity was significantly reduced 31%;30 cases of vision,vision disorders improved.Conclusion CT guided stereotactic technology for deep brain radiotherapy and chemotherapy within the tumor to provide precise positioning and simple,safe and effective delivery channels,the structure of the surrounding body tissue minimal.
