关节腔内注射海兰G-F20对老年难治性重度膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节腔内注射海兰G-F20治疗老年难治性重度膝骨关节炎(OA)的疗效与安全性。方法对82例老年难治性重度膝OA患者进行了膝关节腔内注射海兰G-F20治疗,分别记录治疗前及最后一次注射后的第1、4、8、12周评估疗效及不良反应。结果在最终进入结果分析的79例老年难治性重度膝OA患者中,患者自身对行走时关节痛VAS评分、患者对关节炎病情的总体评估及WOMAC评分在治疗结束后第1、4、8、12周时均有明显降低(P<0·05),并且对疗效进行评估的各时间点彼此之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。仅有3例患者在注射后当天出现一过性关节痛加重,随后均迅速自行缓解,未见其他不良反应。结论以上研究结果提示膝关节腔内注射海兰G-F20可对老年难治性重度膝OA患者具有较好的短期与中期疗效及较好的安全性。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Hylan GF20 by intra-anticular injection on resistant severe knee osteoartbritis （OA） in elderly patients. Methods Eighty-two patients with resistant severe knee OA were enrolled in the study. All patients were treated by intra-articular injection of 2 ml Hylan GF20 every week for 3 weeks. The efficacy and side effects were assessed at baseline prior to injection and at the time of 1 week,4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after the last injection. Results Among the 79 patients who completed the study, the arthritis VAS, patients＇ global assessment of arthritis and WOMAC OA index were all decreased significantly（P 〈0. 05）at every evaluation. There was no significant dit;ferenee in the efficacy between the assessing point. Three patients presented more severe arthralgia after the injection, but relieved in the following days without therapy. Conclusions Application of intra-articular injection of Hylan GF20 for resistant severe knee OA has good efficaey and safety.
