摘　　要：目的探讨高效抗逆转录病毒治疗（HAART）对艾滋病（AIDS）合并口腔真菌感染的疗效影响。方法将60例AIDS合并口腔真菌感染的患者按符合HAART治疗标准者列入治疗组共30例，因各种原因不能执行HAART治疗者列入对照组共30例，对照组予常规治疗包括2％碳酸氢钠漱口，局部涂以制霉菌甘油，氟康唑或伊曲康唑胶囊100mg口服，每天2次，同时加强营养治疗和口腔护理。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予HAART治疗。结果治疗组与对照组治疗有效率比较，差异具有统计学意义（χ2=6．667，P〈0．05）；两组患者治愈率和半年复发率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2分别为4．286，4．356；P〈0．05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上，应用HAART治疗艾滋病口腔真菌感染，疗效好，复发率低，可明显改善患者临床症状，提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the efficacy of HAART for AIDS combined of oral fungal infection. Methods 60 AIDS patients eombined with fungal infection were selected and divided into therapy group （ n =30 ） and control group （ n = 30 ） by HAART criteria. Individuals in control group were treated with routine eare, ineluding washing mouth by 2% sodium hiearbonate, Smearing glycerol redueing mold on loeal skin, and taking flueonazole or itraeonazole capsules 100 mg orally, and all above were taken twice a day, meanwhile nutrition therapy and oral numing were strengthened. Therapy group were treated with HAART on the base of routine eare. Results Effeet rate between the two groups was signifieantly different （χ2 = 6. 667, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Cure rate and recurrence rate were also different （ χ2 = 4. 286,4. 356 ; P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Application of HAART on the basis of routine care for AIDS combined of oral fungal infections has better effieacy and lower recurrence rate and improve the elinieal symptom and raise the life quality of the patients.
