摘  要:目的研究双侧孔针头与斜面针头穿刺药物密封瓶胶塞时微粒及碎屑的形成情况,探讨减少输液微粒污染的方法。方法取头孢呋辛钠密封瓶90只,随机分为两组,分别用双侧孔针头与普通斜面针头配制药液,观察配制药液中的胶塞微粒量及碎屑。结果两种针头配药,液体中的胶塞微粒数均随着针头穿刺次数的增加而增加。双侧孔针形成≥25μm的微粒量少于斜面针,差异有统计学意义(t分别为2.96,3.32;P〈0.01);而≥10μm的微粒量多于斜面针,差异有统计学意义(t分别为5.65,5.38,6.58;P〈0.01)。双侧孔针穿刺胶塞无碎屑形成,斜面针穿刺有碎屑形成。结论采用双侧孔针溶药可有效地减少较大胶塞微粒及碎屑的形成,减少微粒对人体造成的危害,是临床上比较实用和理想的配药针头。Objective To study the bilateral needle and bevel needle puncturing stopper to form particles of infusion and explore the methods to reduce particle contamination. Methods 90 cefuroxime sealed bottle were used and divided into two groups. Bilateral needle and bevel needle were used to prepare the liquid respectively. Particle in the liquid were observed in the two groups. Results The numbers of particles in the two groups were increased by the times of puncturing. Particles ≥25μm in bilateral needle were less than bevel needle ( t = 2. 96, 3.32 ; P 〈 0. 01 ), but, those ≥ 10μm were more than bevel needle ( t = 5.65, 5.38, 6. 58 ; P 〈 0. 01 ). No scrap formed in bilateral needle puncturing not for the bevel needle. Conclusions Using bilateral needle could reduce the scrap and particle forming, and decrease the harm for patients and was useful and optimal needle for preparation liquid.
