摘  要:为了解决热轧薄板SPHE在热轧生产中出现边裂严重的问题,通过取样对其成分、金相组织和夹杂物的分析,并调研现场生产工艺的异常情况,认为本次边裂的发生主要是由于其锰含量偏低,导致Mn/S比过低而在晶界上生成低熔点FeS所致;夹杂物过多,加热时间过长以及中心硫偏析等加剧了边裂现象的发生,从而导致"烂边"。通过提高工厂内控标准中锰含量的控制下限,并降低硫含量和夹杂物等以提高钢的纯净度,进一步优化加热炉工艺,从而有效地控制边裂现象的发生;取得了明显的成效。To solve the serious problem of edge cracks on the hot rolled stripsSPHE,by the analysis of the chemical compounds,the microstructure metallographic and the inclusions on the specimen,and the researches of the innormal situation of locale technology,it is though of as the main cause of edge cracks that Mn content is a little lower and the compounds of FeS with the low melting point is generated in the intergranular.The quantity of inclusions in steel too more,the heating time of the slab in the heating furnace too longer,and the segregation of S in the center of the slab and so forth make the edge cracks worse further so that the torn selvedge of the hot rolling strips happen.For the sake of controlling the defects of the edge cracks effectively,the control lower limit of Mn content in the factory criterion is heighten,the cleanliness of steel is improved by reducing the S content and the inclusions content in steel,the technology of the heating furnace is optimized.Moreover,the controlling effect to the edge crack is very evident.
